![]() ![]() The second issue that we had was relating to the notes taken in the call in Aircall are added to the interaction on the client's record, but we found no way to have them entirely in the ticket. 9 times out of 10 this will be the person who took the call, but we just couldn't find a way to automate this. The first one was that we can't automatically assign the ticket to the person who needs to have the ticket. Here, however, we met a couple of blockages. It has a standard title (Following your call), it is already associated with the client and the company, and it enters into our other workflows notifiying our agents about the new ticket. Once a call has been tagged with this Tag, the workflow creates a standard ticket in Hubspot. When we receive a call from a client, and we tag the call with "Hubspot Tag", this launches our workflows in Hubspot. Next, we created a specific tag in Aircall for the Hubspot integration. We have around 10 different numbers that are connected, and this works well for us. To start with, we linked the relevant numbers in Aircall with the integration.
